“On Cloud Nine” is the concert's creative direction project for the American singer Katy Perry, supporting her sixth studio album, Smile (2020), and fifth studio album, Witness (2017).

The concept unfolds by tracing the evolution from the album Witness to Smile, illustrating a journey from a low point to a brighter outcome within an imaginary, otherworldly setting. The central idea extends from profound self-exploration to rising anew, immersing in every aspect of oneself for healing and embracing every facet of one's being.

The concert is named "On Cloud Nine," with the inspiration metaphorically likening the journey to climbing from the painful depths of "The Nine Hells" to reaching the euphoric state of cloud nine.

The project encompasses various aspects of the show's creative direction, including stage design, scenic design, styling, script development, setlist creation, and more.
